The stars of ABC's hit fairytale drama "Once Upon A Time" convened at Comic-Con for a panel discussion with fans on Saturday. Emilie de Ravin, Meghan Ory, Lana Parilla, Ginnifer Goodwin, Josh Dallas, Jennifer Morrison and co-creators Adam Horowitz and Eddie Kitsis were all on hand to answer questions and dish out Season 2 scoop in a packed, lively Ballroom 20.
The biggest revelation? Captain Hook is coming to "Once Upon A Time" in Season 2. In the above preview video for the new season, Henry is talking about Operation Cobra, before a scene opens on Mr. Gold's pawn shop, revealing a gloved hand breaking in. The mystery man breaks the glass cabinet with one of Mr. Gold's clocks and reveals himself as none other than Peter Pan's arch enemy Captain Hook.
Kitsis also revealed that viewers will learn the identity of Henry's father, but only joked about who it might be. "We can definitely say that in Season 2 you will find out the identity of Henry's father," he said. Later, he quipped to Morrison, "I think Goofy is going to be Henry's father ... sorry we didn't tell you." Later, he added, "His name’s Jeff. He lives in a suburb outside of Chicago. It’s not a big deal. It was a one-time thing," according to Zap2It's Jean Bentley.
The next big "Once Upon A Time" reveal, which came courtesy of the show's new title cards, is that along with Mulan, Aurora and Captain Hook, there's another addition to the show's mythology in Season 2. The last title contains an image of a beanstalk -- a not-so-subtle hint that the classic Jack and the Beanstalk story will be explored in Season 2.
Another major Season 2 spoiler, which Horowitz revealed, was that viewers will learn who Dr. Whale's fairytale alter ego is next year.
Other highlights from the "Once Upon A Time" Comic-Con panel:
Eddie Kitsis played it coy when asked if "True Blood" star Kristin Bauer as Malificent was really dead. "Well, we didn't see a body," he teased. Bauer told HuffPost TV in June that "on that show, boy there really are no boundaries as far as who comes back or not."
When fans asked if a musical episode might be in the cards next season, Morrison and Goodwin confirmed that Josh Dallas sings, while Horowitz joked that they'd like to do a musical "on ice."
Kitsis and Horowitz were asked why the characters didn't go back to fairytale land when the curse was lifted. "To find out we'll have to watch Season 2," Kitsis laughed. Horowitz added, "We don't know if there's anything to go back to, we saw a curse rip through a castle ... who knows if there's anything left?"
Although Snow and Charming remembered their true identities in the finale, the producers promised that they wouldn't forget they years they spent as David and Mary-Margaret. "What does it mean that they spent so much of their lives as these characters? The Davids and the Reginas ... we're not just going to erase all of those years [in Storybrooke]," Kitsis responded.
It was noted that we saw Snow White's glass coffin smashed underground in Storybrooke, hinting that the two worlds were possibly still linked. "Last season we saw some bleed-through as if the two worlds were touching ... We're going to explore that next season and why some things ended up in Storybrooke," Kitsis promised. Previewing Season 2, he said, "The show this year is not going to change from the one you loved last year, we're going to move forward with deeper stories but we're still going to meet new people along the way."

There were several heart-warming moments that revealed the cast's great chemistry. When it was revealed to the audience that Lana Parilla's birthday is July 15, all of Ballroom 20 serenaded her with Happy Birthday.
Emilie de Ravin gushed about working with Robert Carylyle, who plays Rumpelstiltskin. "He's my most enjoyable co-star to work with in any job I've had. He's very charismatic, just this incredible guy," she said. When De Ravin was asked who among her former "Lost" co-stars she'd like to see join the cast, she said, "It would be fun to play with Terry [O'Quinn]."
When the panel was asked to name their favorite childhood fairytales Kitsis said his favorite was Peter Pan, because he never wanted to grow up. Morrison's pick was a tie between Alice in Wonderland and Cinderella, while Dallas' was Pinocchio.
But Goodwin stuck to her present character. "My honest and boring answer is Snow White because I was a child and she was the brunette princess."
Parilla's favorite was Hansel and Gretel, because she wasn't allowed to eat candy. Meghan Ory's was a tie between The Little Mermaid and Peter Pan, because "I either wanted to be under the water or flying."
De Ravin shared that she was more into Hitchcock and weird documentaries about murder when she was young, although she did love Pippi Longstocking.
Keep it locked on HuffPost TV as we'll have interviews with the cast coming soon.
